Tracking days, treating those closest best, active friends
Hey there,
Today is the launch of the Winday-o-scale!
It tracks my subjective reflection on the day, which right now, and I assume going forward, is mostly determined by how creative/productive I am. I find myself enjoying the days when I have made progress.
Additionally, I want to maintain my newly formed exercise habit forever and I want to not snooze when waking up. I feel like it’s such an easy habit that results in my morning being better.

Progress:
✅ Made and launched the Winday-o-scale
✅ Connected Beehiiv to Framer
❌ Finalised the development tasks for project 004 - absolute top priority for tomorrow
Key thoughts of the day:
💎 It is strange that we treat those we are closest to the worst. I am more critical of family and close friends way more than I am strangers. And most people talk, including myself, say such rude things to family/close friends (sometimes so casually) that they would never dream to say to strangers or acquaintances. I am not referring to banter, this is rudeness due to such familiarity and taking the relationship for granted that you speak too freely.
💎 Working out with friends is so much better. Going forward I suspect I will get closer and closer to friends who are active and want to play sports/gym together.
💎 Measuring calories makes it so much easier to stick to the limit. I hit my calorie limit after lunch and just ignored dinner. I’m a bit hungry but there is no option, which cuts out temptation.
