⏳ Making things to make others smile
Consuming content, owning your role and making smiles
Hey there,
Here are some gems from last Thursday:
💎 From My First Million: “I consume information like I have to write a book report”. That is somewhat the approach needed to keep a hold of content. On the opposite side, Naval says he does not take notes and he trusts his mind to store what is important. Naval’s way is freer. I lived by that before this newsletter (and before that I tried to make notes on everything) but I really look forward to looking back on nuggets in the future.
💎 I met someone who is a life coach and thinking about rebranding it to be a lifestyle designer. Sometimes it is better to own the title, even if it sounds lame. Feels more effortless, like you don’t need a life coach yourself.
💎 Below is my iPhone lock screen. I got it from Twitter and it just made me smile. I think if you can constantly make people smile with the things you make, there is no way you cannot be successful. Also is it me or does make (especially Make) just look funny as a work?
Kind regards,
Jay
